The Creekside Kennel owned and operated by my husband and myself was established in 1994.The Creekside Kennel’s number one focus is to preserve and promote the Labrador Retriever Breed. We are a family owned facility.
The Labrador retriever has been America’s number one breed for several years. This just didn’t come by luck, Labrador Retrievers are known for their loyalty, agility, retrieving skills and aquatics. The Creekside Kennel Actively participates in AKC events and also hold Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Evaluation Clinics. This Kennel also produces very nice English style Labradors also known as show type Labrador Retrievers. Currently The Creekside Kennel is home to MANY Show Ring Champions and has several competing in the show ring.
The traditional coat colors of a Labrador Retriever are Black, Yellow and Chocolate. The breed standard for height is 22.5 to 24.5 inches in height from the dog’s withers to the ground. The breed standard weight is 65 to 80 pounds.
The Creekside Kennel is currently home to many Confirmation Champions and we regularly show our dogs to preserve the breed and produce quality champion lineage puppies. We pass these great traits that we have preserved down to the future generations of our lineage
The Creekside Kennel is actively participating in charitable contributions. We donate puppies on occasion to great causes such as preserving our wetlands to Ducks Unlimited and the Delta Waterfowl Association. We also support the fight to find a cure for cancer. We donate puppies in October to organizations for Breast Cancer Awareness and 10% of our sales during the month of October are donated to local Cancer Institutes. We also Support Make A Wish Foundation! At Creekside Kennel we are big advocates of dogs that help people. We donate dogs to be used for Therapy Dogs and Service Dogs!
The Creekside Kennel Produces top quality Labrador puppies. All of our puppies come with a two year hip/health guarantee and microchipped. Our dogs and puppies compete in the show ring as well and the obedience trials. Our dogs are well versed and can even hit the water or the field!
